A Lagos street-food brand needs what a startup needs - brand, website, ads, CRM, operating procedures, infrastructure - but has none of a startup’s resources. Every SME launch re-solves the same problems by hand, badly.

The Ketu Wok launch factory - a 24-hour food-drop campaign produced by an orchestrated multi-agent pipeline:
Architecture Overview
- Agent pipeline - Brand, Website, Ads, CRM, and Ops agents, a Reviewer quality gate with fix loops, and a Final Assembly agent - defined as versioned prompts (
prompts/agents/,prompts/implementers/,prompts/reviewers/) and driven by orchestration scripts, with a JSON-schema quality gate. - Generated launch pack - brand pack, Meta ads pack, WhatsApp CRM pack, kitchen SOPs, and a complete bespoke design system (brand marks, color/type CSS, 15 HTML previews, a landing UI kit).
- Infrastructure as code - Terraform modules for the Cloudflare zone, Supabase schema (with SQL migration), and - unconventionally - ads manifests, WhatsApp handoff, finance controls, launch readiness, and an operations runbook as Terraform resources, composed per-brand (
infra/stacks/brands/ketu-wok/prod/), plus a Cloudflare Worker router and GitHub Actions workflows. - Safety brakes - ads manifests generate in paused/manual-review mode; placeholder phone numbers must be replaced before publish; automation that touches money requires an operator’s approval.
π Philosophy
Treat a business launch as reproducible infrastructure. The factory is brand-parameterized - swap ketu-wok for the next brand and the pipeline re-runs. Guardrails are designed in wherever automation meets money.
